Information we collect
You may provide your name, email address, phone number, company or proposed project, business role, service required, market of interest, research objectives, timing and indicative study budget. We also retain relevant enquiry correspondence and the information needed to prepare a proposal.
When you browse our website, Wix and enabled website services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and interactions. The information collected depends on the services and cookie settings in use.
Please do not submit passports, identity documents, payment card details or sensitive personal information through an advertising lead form. Any later request for documents should use a channel appropriate to the service.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to understand your project, assess whether our services fit your needs, contact you, prepare a scope or quotation, and follow up on your request. We may also use it to maintain business records, protect our services, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Technical service providers may process information as necessary to operate our website, email, storage and advertising forms. Our website uses Wix; our Facebook and Instagram lead forms use Meta. This technical processing is separate from handling your enquiry. We may disclose information if required by law.
